, Field Technical Sales Specialist, IBM, Michigan. John has been with IBM for 23 years, all of which has been in supporting midrange computers. He has worked with the AS/400 since 1988 in various marketing and technical support positions. Currently he is the iSeries Technical Sales Specialist for Michigan supporting all iSeries and AS/400 customers.p>
